Family Requirements


Family Conferences

Family-Teacher conferences will be held in the fall. A special schedule will be in effect at these times. Attendance at these conferences is an expectation of every Saint Rose Catholic School family. Clear and open communication is in the best interest of the students.

Service Hours

All families are required
to contribute twenty hours per year of their time to Saint Rose Catholic School. There are many ways to serve including helping in the classroom, driving on field trips, fund raising committees, coaching, library assistance, PTO or Advisory Board participation, Office assistance, etc.

Bingo

All families are required to participate in Thursday night Bingo two times per year. In lieu of participation, an opt-out pass, valid for one school year may be purchased for $150.00. The fine for each bingo "No-Show/NO Call" will be billed at a rate of $125.00. Please contact Sue Wassam with questions.




Fund Raising Requirements


All families are required to participate in our fund raisers. Participation means contributing in some way your time, talent and your treasure to make our fund raisers successful. Fund raisers make up approximately 15% of our school budget and help offset costs to keep tuition reasonable. Families may select to pay a $400.00 fee in lieu of participation in our school-wide fund raisers. An appendix will be published annually to inform families of fund raising expectations for the year.

Annaul BBQ

All Families are required to sell/purchase thirty BBQ drawing/raffle tickets, for a total of $60.00.

Dinner Auction

All Families are required to purchase /sell two auction drawing tickets, for a total of $100.00 or donate an item(s) to be auctioned, or make an underwriting donation.  Please contact Jo Armstrong at 237-9409 for additional information.

Scrip

All families are required to participate in our SCRIP program by accumulative SCRIP contributions of $150.00 per year.If you wish to opt out of the Scrip program you may pay $150.00 at the beginning of the school year. We highly encourage participation in this "painless fundraiser" as it has the potential to bring significant additional income to the school.
